Welcome to Warrior Fitness Training

Whether you are an existing client or someone interested in starting your fitness journey, welcome to our blog. One thing we can promise you, and our members will confirm, is that our trainer will make you work...and work hard.


Our priority is to balance your personal goals with structure, proper form and intensity to ensure continuous improvement . We will evaluate your technique and mobility to make sure you are safely within your own limits. We never stop promoting dedication and effort to keep you working hard and thirsting for more! We provide carefully constructed programs and individual modifications that will motivate you and build long-term, sustainable results.


The longest journeys begin with a single step. Take the fist step and use our Schedule page to Book a Free Introductory Fitness Assessment. This will allow us to understand your capabilities and mobility. After which, you will be offered a Free training class either Online with Zoom or In-person Training (for those who live in the Niagara Region).


When you train with us, you don't have to worry about a thing. In-Studio, we happily provide all necessary equipment to keep you challenged. Training is structured and planned based on each persons specific needs and modifications. Just show up ready to work with water bottle and comfortable clothing and we will take care of the rest.

We understand that schedules are often hectic. That's why we offer training sessions right in your own home. Programs are adjusted for home users with no equipment necessary, utilizing normal household items and body resistant training as needed.
